By enrolling in any course offered by our institute, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth learning experience and maintain the integrity of our training programs.

Course Enrollment

• All students must complete the official enrollment process before attending any classes.
• Minimum qualification for enrollment is successful completion of Class 10 or equivalent.
• Each course may require a preliminary interview for eligibility, especially for "Pay After Placement" options.

Course Duration & Certification

• We offer various courses in Web Development and other computer skills with durations ranging from 3 to 18 months.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course, subject to fulfilling attendance and project requirements.
• Each certificate contains a unique Student ID, which can be verified via our official portal.

Attendance and Completion Requirements

• A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for certification.
• Students must complete all assigned projects to qualify for certification and placement support.
• Classes missed with prior permission may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Pause and Resume Policy

• Students may pause their course by discussing with a course advisor or expert.
• Pause requests are subject to management approval and may have a maximum pause limit, as decided by the institute.
• There are no extra charges for pausing/resuming unless otherwise specified in writing.

Fee Structure and Payments

• Fees vary according to course duration and type.
• Discounts may be available during promotional periods or based on eligibility criteria.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only within the first 30 days from the date of enrollment and require a valid reason, which will be reviewed by management.
• No refunds will be provided after 30 days of enrollment.

Internships, Experience Certificates & Placement Assistance

• We provide job placement assistance, internships, and 9-month experience certificates through our partnered companies.
• These are offered to students who complete the course, meet performance benchmarks, and follow the training and project requirements.
• Job placement is assistance only and not guaranteed.

Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave professionally at all times.
• Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior towards staff or fellow students will not be tolerated.
• Any damage to institute property caused by a student will result in financial liability and may lead to expulsion.
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content, materials, or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• For online classes, students must maintain decorum and attend with cameras and microphones as required.

Use of Student Data and Privacy

• We collect basic personal information for enrollment and certification purposes.
• Student data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without consent.
• With prior consent, your photos, testimonials, or achievements may be used for promotional purposes on our platforms.

Limitation of Liability

• Internet issues during online classes.
• Software/tool updates by third-party providers.
• Employment outcomes post-training.
• Students are responsible for any damages caused to institute equipment or software due to negligence.
